Stride Through the Woods - 5K Multi-terrain trail race is our season opener, making the most of the nicer weather now spring is well established.
The two lap course is all off road and has sections of bridleway along the riverside, dirt paths through the woods and a grassy field. Most of it is good going but there are a few rougher patches. It can be muddy in patches if we've had a lot of rainfall.
There are no refunds but numbers can be transferred to other runners at registration on the night. Please email with details so the registration team can have transfers ready on the night.
