Village Striders famous couch to 5K course is returning in January. If you've always
wanted to run but put it off for whatever reason. Now is the time to get your
trainers on and go for it. We've had so many runners who've come through this
course and gone on to do amazing things. Running is so much more than just
improving your fitness, it is also great for mental wellbeing and a great way
to make new friendships. Guided by our team of Run Leaders you will be looked
